Kevin Kennedy is Assistant Professor of English at École Polytechnique (IP Paris). He has been providing professional translation and text creation services for more than ten years, specializing in art, philosophy, and culture. He is a native speaker of both English and German. In 2012, he received a PhD from the Free University Berlin with a work on Georges Bataille's philosophy of art. He has published widely in the field of aesthetics, art theory, and modern and contemporary philosophy.
